Transaction Advisory Senior Manager

Position Overview


Serving the Charlotte metro for over 40 years we pride ourselves in providing the very best Tax and Audit services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to joining our growing team.

The Transaction Advisory Senior Manager will lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, providing expert guidance to clients during mergers and acquisitions. This role is pivotal in delivering value through financial and operational insights, helping clients navigate complex transactions successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transaction advisory projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored advisory services.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports that communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Support clients in negotiation strategies and post-merger integration planning.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members within the transaction advisory team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Experience in audit and familiarity with TAS would be advantageous.
