Tax Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns, as well as providing tax planning services. You will also be tasked with assisting with financial statement preparation and CPA review.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and file individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns
Manage the tax planning process for clients
Assist with financial statement preparation and CPA review
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Provide clients with tax advice and guidance
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification
5+ years of tax accounting experience
Knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
Proficiency in relevant software and tax applications
