Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, along with extensive knowledge of commercial construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and report on status
Review and approve project schedules and budgets
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
