All-in Compensation with salary and bonus: $130K - $175K (Salary ranges up to $145K)

Job Duties:

Salesforce Solutions Architect Leadership: Directs the Salesforce architecture for a large user base, ensuring efficient management of significant assets.
Business Requirements and Roadmaps: Collects business requirements, crafts detailed project roadmaps, and oversees the DevOps team to ensure successful project execution.
Case Management and Integration: Enhances case management processes for compliance, develops synchronization processes, and integrates various platforms with Salesforce.
User Adoption and Customization: Increases user adoption by creating custom layouts, applications, actions, and automated workflows within Salesforce.
Reporting and Training: Develops comprehensive reporting dashboards and provides extensive user training to maximize platform utilization.

Technical Requirements:

Current Salesforce Platform certification.
3-5 years of experience managing a Salesforce-centric organization.
Proficient in Salesforce administrative tasks (creating users, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards).
Platform shop focused (we do not use Service Cloud)
Inventory control management, commissions management, and sales hierarchy

Documentation and Tools:

Proficient in MS Office and flowcharting tools for documentation.
