Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and industry standards.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
• Manage and mentor site personnel to foster a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in ground-up construction projects, preferably within the commercial and healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling and budget management.
• Familiarity with building codes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective team leadership and subcontractor coordination abilities.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with owners and project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
