Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the commercial and multi-family sectors. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks and challenges.
Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry independently managing projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
