Project Manager - K-12 Construction

Who We Are

We are a 25+-year-old general contractor with experience in a diverse range of industries, including education, multi-family, industrial, government, office, retail, etc. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our current education projects in the San Jose area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address any issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Experience with K-12, universities, and school construction projects is a plus
