Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure successful collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead project planning sessions and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct risk management assessments to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement safety compliance measures and promote a safety-first culture within the team.
Document project specifications and maintain technical documentation for reference.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management is preferred.
Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and quality control standards.
