Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled engineer with a strong foundation in algorithms, ASIC RTL design, and low-power techniques to help develop cutting-edge DSP solutions. This role plays a key part in designing and implementing high-performance digital systems that meet strict power requirements, supporting our innovative mixed-signal product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop advanced DSP algorithms tailored for sensor and communication applications.
Model and simulate algorithms using MATLAB, C, C++, and Python.
Analyze and define the optimal hardware/software split for efficient system design.
Implement algorithms in RTL, ensuring alignment with system architecture and performance goals.
Design digital subsystems, including memory and ARM-based components.
Translate customer-provided MATLAB algorithms into efficient digital hardware implementations.
Collaborate with verification, design, and analog teams to support chip simulation and bring-up in the lab.

What's essential:

10+ yrs signal processing algorithms with HW and FW experience (ideally 50/50)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 12 years of industry experience or Masters and 10+

Nice to have but NOT essential:

Experience with touch sensor technologies.
Familiarity with ARM processor architectures.
Understanding of mixed-signal SoC design principles.
Knowledge of FPGA development and RTL coding.
Expertise in low-power DSP architecture design.
Strong communication skills for customer interaction and technical discussions.
