Project Manager - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting on expenditures.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
