Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in various practice areas.
  • Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain client communications.
  • Assist with court filings and document submissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in legal studies or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm setting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
